Artisanal Experiences

I love cheese, so I learnt how it was made, and it was clear for me that it doesn't have the value it deserves.
That's when Artífice was born, out of the desire to raise cheesemaking into an art form. 

So after being certified as an Associate to the Academy of Cheese, I wanted to tell the stories of these small & artisanal dairies that are driven by the calling of caring craftwomen & men throughout Spain.
