arte y queso is a tribute of cheesemaking as a form of art.

I love cheese, so I learnt how it was made, and it was clear for me that it doesn't have the value it deserves.
That's when arte y queso was born, out of the desire to raise cheesemaking into an art form. 

So after being certified as an Associate to the Academy of Cheese, I wanted to tell the stories of these small & artisanal dairies that are driven by the calling of caring craftwomen & men throughout Spain.

Let's hear (and taste!) the result of this endearing calling!
